Pricing
Child ticket prices apply to children from ages 6 to 15 years old. Children and infants ages 5 and under ride free.
Groups of adults will recieved discounted ticket prices for each ticket purchased beyond the first 2. The discount is applied when selecting your trip on our booking portal. The discounted prices are equivilant to child ticket prices.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact our office via phone or email and we can help you process your cancellation per the rules below:

If you cancel your seat more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund less a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your seat between 14 days and 24 hours before the trip, only 50% of the full cost is refunded.

If flights are delayed or cancelled on the day of travel, please contact our office to rebook on the next available shuttle for an admin fee of $25

If you opt not to show up for your shuttle or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, no refund will be provided.

Late Bookings
Online bookings for each shuttle trip close 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If you need to make a last-minute booking less than 24 hours before the shuttle’s scheduled departure time, please contact our office by phone or by email.
If you are attempting to make a last-minute booking or have an emergency such as a cancelled flight outside of regular business hours, please contact our office via our after hours line:
